Application overview
3 X Silver Birch trees (SB1, SB2, SB3) to have crowns reduced; final height to be around half way between previous topping/pollard points and top of the crown. Sides to be reduced back to previous points, ensuring adequate clearance on yard side and to remove as much of the overhang from neighbouring gardens as possible. Any dead stubs from previous poor pruning to be removed. All arisings to be cleared.
