Section 73 application for removal of Condition 4 of planning permission 14/00641/FUL which states, 'Construction works in respect of the single storey extension hereby permitted shall not commence until the 2no. off-street parking spaces and the associated access route as shown on drawing Sheet 2 Rev. B 'Proposed plans, elevations & site plan' received by the Local Planning Authority on 12 September 2014 has been provided in accordance with the approved plans.
