Council planning record

T1- Monterey Pine: remove 1 long overextending drooping limb as per tree survey report. Additional work: crown lift lower branches hanging over the driveway up to a height of 4m from ground level so higher vehicles can gain access into the property. T2-Monterey Pine: 2 Crossing and rubbing limbs in crown. Lower limb is dead, upper limb is deformed due to conflict. Remove both limbs as per tree survey report. T3- Monterey Pine: Fell to ground level as per tree survey report. T4- Monterey Pine: remove 1 large dead branch hanging over car port as per tree survey. Additional work: crown lift lower secondary branches to clear the car port roof by 3m to reduce debris and damage to the roof. Additional work not included in tree survey: T7- Monterey Pine: crown lift by removing 3 lower secondary branches hanging over lawn area. This is to give more light to the garden area. G8- 2 x Scots Pine: reduce branches close to the property to a clearance of 2m only. This is to reduce any damage to the building and give more light. Remove dead branches greater than 30mm in diameter. I've added a satellite location of all the trees which is more accurate than the tree report and also photos of the trees so they can be identified easier. There is additional work on top of the tree report that we would like to carry out please which is detailed above.
