Erect a two storey rear and side extension, including balcony on south west (rear elevation.) Parking and access from Sterte Road. Variation of condition 2 of planning permission APP/19/01559/F as described in that description of development to revise the list of approved plans: - to amend condition 2 plan list to reflect existing (as constructed) boundary wall, pillars and railing to SE elevation fronting West View Road; - alteration to approved NE elevation fronting Sterte Road to widen access drive from 3,5m to 4m;
