Application overview
Holm oak (T1) - Re-pollard to the previous pruning points, to reduce the size of the tree which is in close proximity to the building. Pollard shoots are likely to be fairly weak and the intention was to maintain as a pollard when the original consent was given. Holm oaks (T2-T5) - Crown lift as required to provide a 5-5m clearance above the road. Holm oak (T3) - Prune the lowest 2 branches which grow towards the younger trees in the garden by 3m, to allow room for their growth.
