Non-material amendment to planning approval 2023/01979/PA, to allow for changes to the proposed glazed entrance including change to low-level brick, revolving door removed and proposed draft lobby door with canopy, glazing line adjusted where it joins the existing turret, transom heights and mullion positions amended, additional doors to front facade, additional high level spandrel glazing, exterior lighting added, manifestation has been added to the exterior facade, aquarium plant room added to northwest elevation. Changes to the roof including omission of a roof light, perimeter roof glazing altered, addition of wind catchers, parapet design altered. Internal changes include existing facade treatment change and a GRP enclosure added to the outpatients roof
