External alterations for complete re-roof (Regularisation), to include: remove existing ridge tiles, strip existing slates, battens and felt, remove existing lead flashing, supply and treat existing roof timbers with preservative, supply and fix Code 6 lead sheet to dormer top and cheeks at rear, proprietary felt trays at eaves, new breathable membrane, new 50 x 25mm timber battens, re-fix existing Welsh slate, Code 4 lead soakers and Code 5 cover flashings at abutments, remove existing pitched valley lead gutter linings, new Code 5 lead sheet to pitched valley's, re-fix existing ridge tiles, supplying reclaimed ridge tiles.
