Repaint all existing rosewood colour frame windows, timber post at entrance, wood panelling to the north elevation and garden doors to front elevation to grey. Remove all existing creasing tiles and replace with Bath stone sills. Replace existing front door. Remove existing coping to wall between dwelling and garage and replace with Bath stone coping (to match sills) (Certificate of Lawfulness of Proposed Use).
