Proposed works to include the following; 1. Demolition of existing greenhouse, to the side of the listed building, including base and all concrete. 2. Works to the rear/side terrace to remove concrete/1970`s paving, and replace with natural limestone paving. 3. Infill inverted steps down to the rear garden, and form new steps down to the rear garden. 4. Remove the 1970`s painted steel fence and gate to the rear garden and replace with iron railings and handrail. 5. Rake out the hard mortar from the south rubble stone side elevation to the listed property, and re-point using lime mortar. 6. Support the leaning first floor vestibule to the rear of the listed structure, with a painted iron post. 7. Form a veranda to the rear of the listed structure, at lower ground floor level, as part of the work to item 6. 8. Erect a single storey side extension at lower ground floor level, as a separate home office. 9. Relocate the rainwater down pipe from the main roof, and down to ground level.
