Internal and external alterations to remove exposed services and AV equipment from the walls including pipework, cabling and radiators, add a new plasterboard ceiling with radiant heating to conceal services, lighting and AV equipment, create a storage wall with seating and display walls under existing arched windows to furniture and equipment, add timber panelling or similar to conceal play equipment fixed to back wall, reduce the width of the fire escape door to accommodate the proposed storage wall, replace kitchen shutters to increase workspace and tie in with the proposed design, add a new door to the boiler room to allow access from the hall and replace all existing doors in the dining hall with matching wood veneer doors.
