Application overview
Replacement of an existing home office and garage building in the rear garden of 1 Calton Road. The replacement will consist of the demolishing of the existing masonry building down to the existing foundation level and re-building with a more modest and appropriate sized timber building. The new building will; be single storey and not more than 2.5m in height, not be more than 20m from the existing property, be at the rear of the property, be a home office and therefore incidental to the enjoyment of the house, not exceed 50% of the curtilage (Certificate of Lawfulness for a Proposed Use or Development).
