Removal of:- Non fruiting cherry within the SW boundary of the property. This is a 40 foot tree which has been allowed to outgrow the space available. This is a 25 foot tree which has been allowed to outgrow the space available and is growing into the dominating Yew tree which is a feature of the property. These trees will be replaced with 3 fruiting trees on the property - two apple and one plum which will be positioned on optimal sites within the space available.
