To establish whether removing garage buildings units 4 and 5 (drawing 5200-PL601 PL2), the relocations of garage buildings to units 8 and 9 towards the rear boundary (drawing 5200-PL601 PL2), the relocation of garage buildings to unit 10 to the rear boundary (drawing 5200-PL601 PL2). The flank and party walls to ground floors of units 3, 4, 7, 8, 9 & 10 have been extended forwards to the front grid line (drawings 5200-PL102 PL2, PL202 PL2, PL105 PL2, PL205, PL107 PL2, PL206 PL2, PL207 PL3 & PL208 PL2), removal proposed 2nd floor to roof terraced areas to units 7 and 8 (drawings PL106 PL2 and PL205 PL2.) . Fenestration types amended to comply with building control (drawings 5200-PL100 PL2, PL200 PL2, PL201 PL2, PL202 PL2, PL203 PL2, PL204 PL2, PL205 PL2, PL206 PL2 & PL207 PL2), and dormers to side elevations to Plots 9 and 10 have been increased in height to allow head room over staircases. (drawings PL206 PL2, PL207 PL2 & PL208 PL2) can be considered as an non-material amendments to granted consent 21/00430/FULL.
