Council planning record

Mature Beech tree is severely encroaching into the boundary wall to the property and the adjacent pavement. The wall has been damaged and is now only a single skin of bricks. The Beech tree needs to be pollarded down to below the wall height in order to allow the wall to be repaired and made safe, to avoid risk to the pedestrian access the other side of the wall. Please see photos of how the tree and roots are causing the structural damage.
