Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Scoping Opinion in respect of the proposed works at Llwyn-onn Water Treatment Works. The Proposed Development includes approximately 1 km of pipeline in the administrative area of Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council (MTCBC, with the remaining being located within the boundary of the National Park. As the largest part of the Proposed Development is located within the National Park, Bannau Brycheiniog National Park Authority is therefore considered the lead authority preparing the Scoping Opinion, in consultation with MTCB (the scoping report has therefore not been submitted to MTCBC).
