1) Replacement of 2 top floor timber casement windows with like-for-like timber replacements, due to being rotten beyond repair. Replacements to have slimline double glazing.2) Addition of an extractor fan on the external wall in each of the two bathrooms3) Removal of gypsum plaster and plasterboard in kitchen, utility room, study and top bedroom. Replace with lime plaster and paint with limewash or distemper.4) Replacement of existing obsolete heating system with a system boiler and flue through the external side wall.5) Replacement of asbestos-containing garage roof.6) Removal of rotten timber casement window at the rear of the garage, and replace with a door.7) Relocating and replacing rear outdoor light.
