Variation of conditions 1 and 2 of permitted application 15/12223/OUT to allow an extended period for commencement of development and submission of revised reserved matters. The site is an allocated site for housing and if not developed there will be a shortfall in housing in the Brecon Beacons National Park planning area. The reason for delay in commencement is that the planning authority has failed to determine the discharge of conditions application made on 26th January 2021. Condition 1: 'The development hereby permitted shall be begun either before the expiration of a further two years from the date of this approval, or before the expiration of two years from the date of the last reserved matters to be approved, whichever is later'. Condition 2: 'Application for approval of the reserved matters shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority before the expiration of a further two years from the date of this permission'.
