Discharge condition 3 in relation to application 15/12957/FUL - Details of the proposed renewable energy features was provided previously and approved under the previous discharge of conditions submission reference 17/15494/DISCON. Since this was approved and as the industry of renewable energy continues to evolve, the applicant has identified the significant positive benefits of BioLPG. On the basis of the significant reduction in Co2 it is now proposed to remove the previously proposed and approved air source heat pumps and instead solely rely upon BioLPG as the energy source for the heating of the cabins. The existing LPG storage tanks shown on drawing 2737-01 15A approved under the previous discharge of conditions remains entirely the same (attached) and the only difference is the loss of the heat exchange units.
