Application overview
Outside 'The Limes' front elevation, removal of existing wall situated at the back of the footway and construction of a new flood protection wall, construction of a new front entrance porch with its front elevation being built behind and on top of new flood wall. The proposed front entrance porch has previously been granted planning permission ref. 13/10283/FUL. Also the construction of a flood protection wall alongside the existing 'The Limes'/ 'The Elms' boundary wall. See drawing 004-1344-T-02.
