Council planning record

Having purchased the property on 26 April 2016 we have had a full arboricultural survey & tree hazard assessment conducted by a qualified professional. As a result we wish to employ a fully qualified and insured arborists to carry out the following work: To sensitively remove low branches from a sycamore and two western red cedars all of which overhang the highway and ensure any remaining overhang is raised over the highway to 5.2 meters as required of us. To remove one western red cedar which has grown up between two other trees, is leaning and overhanging the highway, this tree has a cavity on the tensile side of the lean and is growing on top of a wall which restricts the root area. Mulberry tree: to sensitively reduce the limbs to alleviate the pressure on the weakened main union and extend the useful life of the tree. Stabilise the deadwood, introduce props to support remaining branches.
