Variation of condition 16 on planning permission 18/01771/AS (Erection of a single storey store/shop (Class A1) with associated ancillary parking spaces and signage together with a revised parking layout to Charter Hall) to read: The provision of waiting restrictions (double yellow lines) on both sides of the entrance to Chessenden Lane, extending from Pluckley Road and including the corner of the junction with The Street to the entrance of the car park (as shown on drawing 1030 P1; dated Oct 2018) shall be implemented within 3 months of the premises commencing operation in accordance with the approved details. The waiting restrictions shall be retained and maintained thereafter. Prior to the first use of the premises and until the aforementioned waiting restrictions are implemented, heras fencing will be used to restrict access to the premises via the proposed pedestrian footways and access to the premises shall be limited to via the car park only. Within 1 month of the waiting restrictions (double yellow lines) being implemented the heras fencing shall be removed.
