Discharge of condition 4 of planning approval LA08/2025/1267/F- Within twenty-four hours prior to demolition, the existing buildings on site shall be checked for bat presence by a competent ecologist and all demolition works shall be monitored by a competent ecologist. A report of the demolition shall be submitted to the Planning Authority within 2 weeks. Reason: To ensure protection to bats and their roosts.
