Discharge of Condition 6 of previously approved application LA06/2021/1477/F which states - Prior to the construction of the drainage network, a Drainage Assessment, compliant with FLD 3 & Annex D of PPS 15, shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Council which demonstrates the safe management of any out of sewer flooding emanating from the surface water drainage network, in a 1 in 100 year event with an additional allowance for climate change.
