Discharge of Condition 3 of previously approved application LA06/2019/0634/F which states:- No other development hereby permitted shall be commenced until works necessary for the improvement of a public road have been completed in accordance with the details outlined in blue on Drawing 30 bearing the date stamp 09/06/2021. The council hereby attaches to the determination a requirement under Article 3 (4A) of the above Order that such works shall be carried out in accordance with an agreement under Article 3 (4C) Letter from DFI Roads / Southern condition confirming that following a recent site visit that the formation of the access and associated improvement works to the public road, as required as part of the Article 3(4c) have been completed in accordance withe approved Private Streets Determination drawings (under Planning Permission LA06/2019/0634/F) and to the required standard
