Planning conditions
  1. The development shall be begun (as defined by Section 56 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990) before the expiration of five years from the date of this decision notice. Reason: To comply with the requirements of Sections 91-93 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended).
  2. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the details indicated in the following drawings/documents:- - Location Plan - Site Plan - Photomontage Existing/Proposed Visualisation - Elevation (South) - Details provided in Section 3 Proposed Development - Apparatus Description of the Supplementary Information document All received 6 August 2026. Reason : To define the plans/details to which this permission relates.
  3. Once the developmet is no longer required for its permitted purpose, the pole, antenna , cabinet and all other associated infrastructure shall be removed from the site and the site's surface restored to grass. Reason: To ensure that any redundant pole, equipment and infrastructure is removed from the site and the site appropriately restored in accordance with Policies CP6 and CP8 of the Yorkshire Dales Local Plan (2025-2040).
