- The works to which this consent relates shall be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this notice. Reason: To comply with the requirements of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (as amended by section 51 (4) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004)
- The works shall be carried out in accordance with the details indicated in the following drawings/documents:- - Site and Location plan, photographs showing proposed location of charging unit. - Design and Access and Heritage Statement. Both received 13 July 2026. - OHME ePod charger - specification details. Received 3 July 2026. Reason : To define the plans/details to which this consent relates.
- When the EV charging point, subject of this permission, ceases to be used for the purpose for which it was installed it shall be disconnected and removed from the site to leave the site cleared and the affected areas of the external fabric of the north elevation of the dwelling are to be restored/repaired to as close to their pre-installation condition and appearance as possible. Reason: To remove equipment and other features which have ceased to be used for the charging of electric vehicles, and restore the affected external fabric of the building to as close to their pre-installation condition and appearance as possible, thus mitigating the harm to the fabric and character of the listed building in accordance with policy AB1 of the adopted Yorkshire Dales National Park Local Plan (2025 - 2040)
