- The temporary change of use of partial area of first floor dwelling (Use Class C3) into commercial use as a temporary Hair Salon (Use Class E) hereby permitted shall cease on or before a period of 12 months from the date of this decision notice. Reason: To ensure that the development that has been approved to meet a short term need does not continue premanently or for an extended period, contrary to policy CP1 of the adopted Yorkshire Dales National Park Local Plan (2025-2040).
- The development shall be carried out in accordance with the details indicated in the following drawings/documents:- - Site Location Plan - Existing and Proposed Floor Plans Reason : To define the plans/details to which this permission relates.
- The development hereby permitted shall be begun (as defined by Section 56 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990) before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: To comply with the requirements of Sections 91-93 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended).
- The temporary change of use hereby permitted shall not take place outside of the hours of 0900hrs to 1700hrs Monday – Friday, and 0900hrs to 1600hrs Saturdays for the duration of the permission. Reason: In the interests of general amenity in accordance with policy CP6 of the adopted Yorkshire Dales National Park Local Plan (2025-2040).
