- The development hereby permitted shall be begun (as defined by Section 56 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990) before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: To comply with the requirements of Sections 91-93 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended).
- The development shall be carried out in accordance with the details indicated in the following drawings/documents:- Design and Access Statement with Heritage Impact Assessment, dated June 2026 Structural Appraisal Report, dated 2nd January 2025, prepared by Mason Clark Associates all received 15th June 2026 Reason : To define the plans/details to which this permission relates.
- All sound existing glass panes shall be reused on the canopy roof as part of the works hereby permitted. Only where existing glass panes are missing or damaged shall they be replaced with toughened glass, to match the appearance of the existing as closely as possible. Reason: To ensure that historical fabric is conserved in accordance with Policy AB1 of the Yorkshire Dales Local Plan (2025-2040).
