- The works to which this consent relates shall be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this notice. Reason: To comply with the requirements of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (as amended by section 51 (4) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004).
- The works shall be carried out in accordance with the details indicated in the following drawings/documents:- Heritage Statement Location plan Site layout Plans and elevations as proposed all received 20/07/2026. Reason : To define the plans/details to which this permission relates.
- The stone lintels viewed and photographed on site on 28 July 2026 shall be the replacement slate lintels used to carry out the works hereby approved. Reason: In the interest of preserving the character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policy AB1 of the adopted Yorkshire Dales Local Plan (2025-2040).
- The works to which this consent relates shall be completed within 3 months of the date of this notice. Reason: In the interest of preserving the character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policy AB1 of the adopted Yorkshire Dales Local Plan (2025-2040).
