The development shall be retained in accordance with the details indicated in the following drawings/documents:- Drawing No. 02 - Location Plan Drawing No. 05 - Block Plan Drawing No. 07 Rev 2 - Survey Design and Access Statement, prepared by JMP Architects Heritage Statement, prepared by Stephen Haigh Buildings Archaeologist Bat Activity Survey, prepared by PBA applied Ecology all received 10th June 2026 Reason : To define the plans/details to which this permission relates.
  2. Within 3 months of the completion of the development hereby approved 2 bat or bird boxes shall be installed within the application site and be retained as such thereafter. Reason: To provide biodiversity enhancement having due regard to Policy CP9 of the adopted Yorkshire Dales Local Plan (2025-2040).
