DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED WORKS Species No of Tree(s) Description of Proposed Work Reason for Proposed Work Sycamore Sycamore Sycamore Common Lime Common Ash Sycamore Common Ash 1 1 1 1 2 1 1 Tag 799 - Remove ivy from around base & remove large deadwood. Crown lift to 7m over the road & remove secondary branches growing towards lamp stand. Tag 802 - Fell. Tag 805 - Fell. Tag 807 - Reduce & reshaping by 3-4m to reduce risk of limb/branch failure and reduce its spread back to the car parks edge. Also, to remove regrowth every 2-3 years to keep the tree in check. Tags 817 & 818 - Fell. Tag 820 - Fell. Tag 822 - Remove basal shoots & ivy from around the base and trunk to 2m. Cut back to provide 3m clearance to the adjacent property. This tree is a poor specimen, which left to grow will damage the railing fence. The removal will allow the younger trees, Lime & Ash behind, room to develop. This tree has a weak main fork at 5m and if left will over shadow the adjacent property & create future nuisance. This tree is dropping aphid residue on the parking area in the summer months making the area beneath unusable during this period. These trees are being suppressed by the adjacent larger tree, which is causing them to grow in the direction of the nearby garden. These trees if left will cause a nuisance in the future and their removal will allow the adjacent better ash tag no. 819 room to develop a good shape & form. This tree is overshadowed by the adjacent Ash and if left, will push out the retaining wall onto the public footpath. It will also disturb the adjacent boundary railings.

What these statistics cover

These figures describe applications collected by PlanningTrack for Wychavon District Council, across all dates currently available. They are a partial dataset, rather than an authority-wide performance measure. The date range does not establish continuous historical coverage.

The approval percentage is approved records divided by approved plus refused records. Pending, withdrawn and unknown outcomes are excluded. No percentage is shown until there is an approved or refused record.
