DOOR TO GARAGE Knock through into garage from inside understairs cupboard. Move/reposition gas pipe (work carried out by Gas Safe Engineer). Fit concrete lintel above opening, fit door frame and fire door with 5 lever mortice lock. Fit architrave to door frame and skirting where required. Make good wall areas to inside. GARAGE CEILING Plasterboard garage ceiling. Battten out rear wall of garage, fit soundproof insulation between battens and fit soundproof plasterboard over. Plaster newly insulated wall and garage ceiling.
