To provide parking area on approximately 50% of front garden in reclaimed cobbles. Low brick wall in old bricks to be built at edge of cobbled area, with brick/cobble steps to front door. New hedge to be planted on house side of new wall and old privet hedge removed to give better vision from existing drive access into road.
