Application overview
Internal alterations comprising installation of: - installation of free-standing steel framed kitchen units. - service ducting. - acoustic flooring underlay and boarding, with vinyl adhesive upstand to existing and new skirting boards. - installation of self-contained free-standing electrical outlet towers. - repairs to decorative timber panelling. - new electrical outlets, isolators and local distributor board. - stainless steel housing frame to window openings. - fixing of steel framing for service ducting. -remove insect mesh ventilation boxes, fan and pivotting lights and replace with new flush framed insect mesh panels supported on existing window frame with insect excluding brush against top rail of lower sash. - installation of teleflex morse remote window operators to open upper sashes in both kitchen and scullery. - reinstatement of door in south west corner of kitchen.
