The sign supporting Structure is in brickwork. The sign, centrally situated is 1934mm x 750mm reading "Elgar Retail Park" in 175mm high :Times Bold" style lettering etched into S.A.A. finish aluminium main plate and infill coloured blue (BS 18E 53) black outer frame with red (Syntha Palvin SP3020M) finish aluminium cover trim to main plate. The signs each incorporate 6 no. 6000mm high glass fibre flag poles with hinged base plates for raising and lowering and internal security halyard system. The signs have external low floodlighting. 2. 1 no. feature sign 2100mm x 750mm to be located at the entrance area without flags.
