Externally illuminated signs comprising: 2 x 1) 275mm (10.8") high black perspex letters to read "Bernard Thorpe", 100mm (3.9") high black perspex letters to read "and partners" and a 450mm (17.7") x 400mm (15.7") logo to read "BT & P" in 180mm (7.09") black and white 3D letters, all on a yellow enamelled ground. 2) 140mm (5.5") high black perspex letters to read "Land and Estate Agents Surveyours & Valuers" on yellow enamelled background. 3) Projecting hanging double sided sign board measuring 800mm (31.5") x 650mm (25.6") x 28mm (1") to read "Estate Agents" in 60mm (2.3") high black letters and a "BT & P" logo measuring 400mm (15 3/4") x 450mm (17 1/2") in black on yellow perspex. Appeal registered 22/2/84 and allowed 30/1/85
