Application overview
Four non-illuminated fascia signs and a non-illuminated company sign comprising:- 1) A white fascia 14.5m (47.57') x 1.090m (3.57') attached to the left hand end of the Castle Street elevation reading "Service" and "Mann Egerton" and company symbols attached. 2) A white fascia 22m (72.17') x 1.090m (3.57') attached to the right hand end of the Castle Street elevation with "Mann Egerton" and Company symbols attached. 3) A white fascia 7m (22.96') x 1.090m (3.57') reading "Mann Egerton" attached to the eastern elevation of this building and a blank fascia 3.5m (11.48') x 1.090m (3.57') on the western elevation. 4) A white fascia 7m (22.96') x 1.090m (3.57') reading "Parts" on the southern elevation of the building flanking Easy Row and a 1 metre square symbol on the Easy row frontage. Note: Upper case letters are not higher than 15 1/2".
