12 King Alfred Place Winchester Hampshire SO23 7DF
Council milestones and published deadlines. A deadline passing does not confirm a decision.
Healthy Lime tree (T1) in a conservation area, without a TPO on it. Crown reduction required because of contact with the walls and gutters of No. 12 and No. 13 King Alfred Place. After pruning the tree will be approximately 20 ft high and 12 ft wide, and clear of both houses. The tree is rooted in the applicant's garden at 12 King Alfred Place. It has been reduced in size by the same amount approximately every 2 years since the road became part of a Conservation Area, and permission has always been granted. Work is always carried out by the same well-qualified and experienced tree surgeon, Shawn Brewer, Woodlands Tree Surgeon.
