Oak tree to rear of 57 Hill Rise indicated on the attached plans requires crown reduction. This is required in order to comply with arboriculturists recommendation that a crown height of 8.5 metres and spread of 13 metres be maintained in order to keep the tree healthy and to avoid subsidence risk to the property, the crown reduction work to be carried out every 3 years.
