TPO93 T7 Ash (Fraxinus excelsior) tree located in the West corner of the garden of 49 Osborne Rd, Potters Bar. Tree has early signs of Ash dieback. Unidentified fungal bracket growing on lower south east limb that is growing over the garden of number 2e Heath close. Proposed works are to reduce laterals and sub laterals on the south and west sides over gardens of 4 Chester Close and 2d/2e Heath Close by approx 3-4m to suitable growth points to reduce chance of dead branch drop onto garden furniture and persons. Removal of limb over garden 2e Heath Close with unidentified fungal bracket reduced back to stem.
