Application overview
Reduce the length of hedge by half to allow easy access to and from the parking area at the front of the property. Relocate side gate to meet the front of the house with the addition of a small fence panel and gatepost. Straighten the right hand edge of the property The drive was originally installed as close as possible to a conifer hedge on the boundary which has subsequently been removed and now exposes the fact that the edge is not parallel with the boundary.
