Conversion of existing kennels/cattery building to a 4 bedroom dwelling and external alterations to facilitate conversion. Demolition of garage/grooming salon and the conversion of the existing 2 bedroom flat into a dog grooming salon. The erection of a single storey side extension to form a garage and store room. Extension of existing stable block and external alterations, to facilitate the conversion of part of the existing stables to a double garage and car port and the formation of a new access.
