Application overview
Re-roofing of main building and adjacent block including timber repairs and installation of insulation. Brickwork cleaning, repairs and re-pointing to main house. Repairs to timber bell tower, dormer windows, windows, cladding and other joinery to both buildings. Replacement of lead flashings and roofing where removed. Cleaning and decoration of previously painted surfaces. Replacement of two large rotten timber structural beams at roof level including dismantling and reinstating roof structure within the locality.
