Full planning application for a change of use from public house (Sui generis) to nursey (use class E(F)), roof terrace with associated external fire escape, conversion of existing outbuilding to staff annex and associated boundary treatments and landscaping. Existing front door replaced with obscured window, proposed side and rear elevation doors to be replaced and proposed new glass and PPC aluminium balustrade.
