Section 73 application to vary condition 2 (approved plans, details and documents) to remove all previous drawing titles and replace with those which show only the proposed works to the gate houses, condition 4a (drainage strategy) to enable works such as gatehouse portacabins replacement/upgrade works prior to submission, condition 5a (intrusive site investigations) to enable the intrusive Site Investigation Strategy to be completed prior any work in the area of A, B & C (noted in drawing DXW BBA Z0 XX DR A 1004 Proposed Site Plan-S8-P4 Over Marked), condition 6a (Construction Environmental Management Statement) to state that a CEMP is issued for each area of work instead of one CEMP for all the works and condition 7a (finished floor levels, ridge and eaves heights) to link to the Hub Extension Works of planning permission reference 22/0589. (Site abuts Public Rights of Way Will 48 and 66).
