Application overview
Proposed over cladding of existing elevations to include removal of existing two storey office tiled roof/low-level factory area pitched roof cladding and replacement with new composite roof cladding. Removal of existing two storey office windows, existing escape/roller shutter doors and replacement with new windows, rooflights and roller shutter door adjacent to the existing electric sub-station. Installation of new glazed entrance screen with glazed double door access to main office entrance, new external entrance canopy with integral external security shutter and new access steps. Erection of steel skip house adjacent to existing external office fire escape and installation of new low level painted steel protective bollards.
