Application overview
Demolition of single storey outbuilding to be replaced with a green area. Replacement of existing brick boundary wall along the Highgate Road side boundary and front alleyway boundary with a new brick wall matching in design and materials. Works to the wall include relocation of the existing double door wooden entrance gate along the Highgate Road side boundary and bricking up of a single wooden entrance door in the alleyway boundary. Plus internal and external structural strengthening works to the dwellinghouse, and retrospective permission for some replacement rooftiles and refurbished window frames.
