This will both ensure the overall health of the tree and mitigate against any falling branches onto the road and footpath in future. I propose to use a professional contractor for the works and the tree will not have an appreciable change in appearance following the work. It will only be a small number of branches where leaves have not grown back that require trimming. No major branches need trimming. I estimate the diameter of largest branches that require trimming to be no more than 100mm.
