Application overview
Tree is Weeping Willow. This tree is interfering with an electric and telephone line. I propose to pollard this tree back to the trunk, see attached photos showing proposed cuts. The tree had been pollarded previously before we owned the property and has responded well. Work will be timed to take place before mid April to minimise damage to the tree's energy reserves. Doing this work will also help the hedge planted under a planning condition.
