Council planning record

Pictures of tree are spread over all document asked for as i could not send without adding 4/4 (T1 Swamp Cypress tree) They have no desire to loose the tree but they are worried for the safety of family and also the neighbours. (I think there is a cause for concern and am surprised the remaining section of the failed union has lasted this long. I think the height should be reduced down to the failed union at first available growth point. It will leave the tree looking short but i don't see an alternative. There are one or two branches that are over extended which could be brought in as they could break away. Given it is a TPO'd tree I am sure you will make a site visit so i welcome any thoughts you may have. It did collapse a while ago so am unaware of state of the wound other than what can be observed from the floor.
